📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment contracts, work permits, and termination procedures.
• Provide strategic advice on HR policies and procedures to support the company's overall goals.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all HR practices are legally sound and up-to-date.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and legal compliance, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems and legal documentation software.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
