📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinic operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.,Oversee the scheduling and coordination of dental appointments and procedures.,Ensure compliance with dental regulations and clinic policies.,Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage clinic finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless clinic operations.,Promote a positive and productive work environment for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Science or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a dental clinic.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Familiarity with dental software and technology.,Proven track record of successful team leadership and management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
