📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and audits.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
