📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
• Ensuring that all medical supplies and equipment meet the required quality and safety standards.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
• Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
• Collaborating with the clinic's management team to ensure that procurement activities align with the clinic's overall goals and objectives.
• Conducting regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure that suppliers are meeting their performance expectations.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address procurement-related issues.
• Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
