📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Check guests into their rooms and assist with check-out procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Update and maintain guest records and databases.,Provide information about local attractions and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
