📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Oversee the hiring, training, and development of store staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide regular reports to the Store Manager on store performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with agricultural products and retail sales is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.,Ability to travel to the store location as needed.
