📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create detailed and accurate architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other design software.,Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure drawings are technically accurate and meet project requirements.,Prepare construction documents, including blueprints, elevations, sections, and details.,Review and approve drawings prepared by junior staff to ensure quality and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and building codes.,Present designs to clients and stakeholders, explaining technical aspects clearly and concisely.,Maintain and organize design files and ensure version control.,Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.,Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software such as Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.,Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
