Penbrothers is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Employer of Record (EOR) services and a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and resignations.,Handle EOR services, including payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits administration.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain positive employer-employee relationships.,Manage HR information systems and ensure data accuracy.,Represent the company at HR-related events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years of experience in EOR services.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and payroll software.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
