🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving facilities in a high-volume, high-service environment.,Strong knowledge of facility management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
