📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintain cash drawer balances and handle daily cash deposits.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in opening and closing the store, including reconciling sales and expenses.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar retail role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems, preferably our in-house system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
