NEXA Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Deputy Maintenance Technician to join our team in Koja. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities to ensure they are in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and a passion for keeping our facilities running smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.,Inspect and repair equipment, machinery, and systems to prevent breakdowns and extend their lifespan.,Conduct preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they become major problems.,Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely completion of maintenance projects.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.,Knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.Familiarity with maintenance management software.Ability to lift and move heavy objects.Basic computer skills.
