📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage and coordinate the staff to achieve operational goals.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Prepare and present operational reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the hospitality industry.
