📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the restaurant's standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure efficient use of kitchen resources and equipment.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in inventory management and purchasing.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid food handling and safety certifications.,Familiarity with restaurant management software.
