📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver English language training programs tailored to the needs of our employees.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive training sessions to enhance participants' English language skills.
• Create and update training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and assessments.
• Collaborate with trainers, managers, and employees to identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants throughout the training process.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language training and incorporate them into our programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in English language training, preferably in a corporate or international setting.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or a similar qualification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to teach at various proficiency levels.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for creating and managing training materials.
