📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations.,Work closely with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide training and support to drivers and other fleet personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices is a plus.
