Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product deliveries.,Organize and manage store events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
