Hokian Krisna Geprek is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and coordinate the work of the kitchen and service staff, ensuring efficient and effective performance.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering, and budgeting to ensure optimal use of resources.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for customers.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
