This is a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee all factory operations, drive production efficiency, and lead a dynamic team to ensure seamless manufacturing processes at our plant in Jawa Tengah.

As the Factory Head, you'll be responsible for optimizing production schedules, implementing quality control measures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Our state-of-the-art facility utilizes advanced machinery such as injection molding machines, extruders, and blow molding systems, requiring a leader with deep technical expertise and strong operational acumen.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high product standards.
• Optimize production processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements using tools like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Manage inventory and material procurement, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement product improvements and new product launches.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions.
• Analyze production data and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing factory operations, including production scheduling, quality control, and team leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, including injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and quality management software like QAD or SAP QM.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality management methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
