📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet our requirements.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully hiring and retaining top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being a plus.
