🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering.
• Proven experience in leading maintenance teams and managing maintenance budgets.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Certifications in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or similar are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
