📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Recruit and place crew members for our vessels.
• Manage vessel crew schedules and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure smooth crew transfers and rotations.
• Assist in the administrative tasks related to crew management, including documentation and record-keeping.
• Provide support to the crew in their daily operations and maintenance of the vessel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crew performance and vessel operations.
• Assist in the preparation of crew reports and other administrative documents.
• Participate in crew training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in maritime crew management or a related field.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations, including STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) and ISM (International Safety Management) codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Seaman's Book (STCW) certification.
