📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Preparing and maintaining the operating theatre, including cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assisting the surgical team by setting up the operating room, positioning patients, and providing essential support during procedures.
• Ensuring the sterile and safe environment of the operating theatre, following strict infection control protocols.
• Operating and maintaining advanced surgical tools and technologies, including surgical microscopes, robotic-assisted systems, and high-definition video systems.
• Collaborating with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure the success of surgical operations.
• Assisting with the preparation of surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are ready for use.
• Providing essential support to the surgical team, including maintaining a sterile field, passing instruments, and assisting with patient positioning.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including infection control guidelines and hospital protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operating Theatre Technician or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Certification as an Operating Theatre Technician or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Familiarity with advanced surgical tools and technologies, including surgical microscopes, robotic-assisted systems, and high-definition video systems.
• Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and sterile technique.
