Sehati Wati Health Center is seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the financial decision-making process. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax and financial reporting requirements.,Oversee the processing of payroll and benefits for employees.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit organization.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting.,Experience with financial management software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
