The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastries and desserts that meet our customers' expectations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Train and supervise junior staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.,Creative and innovative approach to menu development.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
