PT Eka Melati is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow professionally.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food service.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stocked and rotated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
