📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Promoting our products and services through various marketing channels.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.,Participating in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
