📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
