📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee the coordination between various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust distribution strategies accordingly.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and suggest improvements.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.,Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business practices is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
