In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory tests and analyses. You will work closely with our team of scientists and healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses, including but not limited to, blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic tests.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Record and document test results and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laboratory equipment.,Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as laboratory science, biology, or chemistry.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
