  • Manage and coordinate customer service partners to ensure they meet operational and service quality standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer service partners.

  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with Airbnb's policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customer service partners.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to customer service partners.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new customer service initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service operations management.
  • Proficient in Mandarin language, both spoken and written.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
  • Experience in managing a team of customer service partners.
