📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and other business communications between Mandarin and Indonesian with high accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Facilitate communication between PT. KAISAR EVS MOTORINDO and Chinese-speaking partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all translations are clear, concise, and culturally appropriate.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, reports, and other business materials in Mandarin.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the Chinese market.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business communication and translation.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of translation and communication strategies to support the company's international growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with a strong understanding of both languages and cultures.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business translation or international communication.
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and business communication best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification in business translation or a similar field is a plus.
