📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to schedule and execute vessel inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISO standards.
• Manage vessel crew assignments, including training, certification, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor fuel consumption, emissions, and other environmental metrics to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential operational risks.
• Collaborate with external partners and service providers to ensure timely delivery of support services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the marine or offshore industry.
• Certifications such as ISO 9001, ISM, or other relevant maritime qualifications.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Maximo, SAP, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and standards, including SOLAS and ISM.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and best practices for reducing emissions and fuel consumption.
