📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial and accounting operations of the Head Office, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Manage the financial health of the institution, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data from all branches.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and controls to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that support the overall business objectives.
• Provide financial guidance and support to branch managers to ensure they have the resources and tools needed to succeed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to improve financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience in managing and leading finance and accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
