📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making processes.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures based on data insights.
• Support recruitment and employee onboarding processes by leveraging data-driven insights.
• Conduct regular workforce analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on data analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Certification in HR analytics or data visualization is a plus.
