📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of metal finishing equipment, including plating, etching, and cleaning systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance levels.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance best practices and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal finishing maintenance, preferably in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of metal finishing processes, including plating, etching, and cleaning.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management standards is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
